Don’t let politicians rewrite our Constitution to give themselves more power.
If passed, Amendment B would permanently change Utah’s constitution by requiring certain citizen initiatives to receive 60% of the vote instead of a simple majority. This means an initiative could receive support from a majority of Utah voters and still fail.
Vote NO on Amendment B.
